Built in the 1920s it is an architectural fantasy in the form of a series of medieval-style buildings set in 30 acres of private pastureland just 200 yards from the beach at Clymping. Many of its individually decorated 39 suites and bedrooms offer four-poster beds, open log fireplaces and tapestry lined walls. The Baylies Honeymoon Suite is the perfect escape with fireplace and twin "His and Hers" bathtubs.
After having your ceremony in the romantic Music Room, why not have a candlelit blessing in the original Norman Chapel just a stones throw from the main house.
The on site Spa boasts many luxurious facilities, including both indoor and outdoor pools and 6 treatment rooms where you can indulge in many relaxing therapies.
The Bailiffscourt Wedding Co-ordinator can tailor make a package to suit all types of occasions and can arrange Wedding Breakfasts from 5 to 75 guests in the Tapestry Restaurant and up to 300 in a marquee with exclusive use. Their days receptions end at 5.30pm and for those who require evening entertainment, the House is available for exclusive use any day of the week.
